Our Merlot has a lovely dense ruby colour with vibrant blueberry fruit complimented by a nose of lifted violets and mint.
Palate
The blueberry aromas transfer to the palate and are rounded out by velvety textured tannins, leading to a long finish of persistent mint flavours.
Serving suggestion
The wine is perfect to drink now with Moroccan lamb or venison with wild berry jus.
